Motorship Arcobaleno

A trip to the Lagoon with the Motorship ARCOBALENO allows you to live unforgettable hours in contact with an uncontaminated and protected oasis, where time flows slowly and silently, and the rhythm of life of the fishermen has remained the same as it was many years ago.

So many wonders to admire along the way, with the splendid fauna and the wonderful history that is part of these unique areas so loved by Ernest Hemingway.

HORSE RIDING

The GiraLemene, Parco Lemene, Reghena and Lakes of Cinto Percorsi del Benessere is a fascinating 48 kilometer itinerary that starts from Cinto Caomaggiore and arrives in Caorle, crossing historic mills, woods, ancient villages and lagoon landscapes. It is already included among the Percorsi del Benessere of the Ways School and it is not just walking with poles, but an experience open to everyone, on foot, by bike or with your animals. It is movement, nature and history experienced slowly and with awareness.
We travel it in four stages, a formula that we call OneWay: you start from one point and arrive at the other, organizing yourself with the cars. We have already done these routes several times, but with spring and summer around the corner, we are ready to start again! . Among the initiatives that we want to propose and do the route in two stages (Cinto C.-Portogruaro and Portogruaro - Caorle) also in a relay with a companion on a bicycle.
If you are interested in walking with us and becoming our member and taking advantage of our initiatives like this one, you can find all the information on our website: www.judokiai.it or at 340 7682670 whatsapp.

PORTOBUFFOLE’ (TREVISO)

A medieval jewel a few kilometers from Caorle.

Portobuffolè is part of the Club of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy.

You enter the historic center from Porta Trevisana, destroyed in 1918, and immediately you see the small and refined Piazza Beccaro, surrounded by buildings with important facades, some of which are frescoed. From this square you arrive at the splendid fourteenth-century residence of Gaia da Camino, a cultured and fascinating noblewoman immortalized by Dante in the sixteenth canto of Purgatory. Inside the palace you can admire fourteenth-century frescoes depicting warriors and characters from the late Middle Ages and the Cycling Museum.

It was under Venetian rule that the city experienced its period of greatest splendor, becoming an important river port. The Serenissima granted Portobuffolè the title of City, the noble coat of arms and a podestà.

In the charming historic center, in addition to the house-museum of Gaia da Camino, you can admire the Dogana, the Monte di Pietà, the Loggia comunale, a reconstruction of the Gothic warehouse, and the Duomo, which was a Jewish synagogue before becoming a Christian church. Inside, there is a wooden crucifix from the 15th century of the German school and a splendid organ from the Callido house of Venice with 472 pipes of zinc and tin.

The streets, squares and charming corners of Portobuffolè return to their medieval splendor once every two years on the occasion of the historical re-enactment "Portobuffolè, XIII Secolo" (the last Saturday in June). A very suggestive festival with over three hundred participants in period costume.
Every second Sunday of the month, except July and August, the historic center has hosted the antiques and collectibles market for over 25 years. Walk through the ancient streets of the town and rummage through old and used things, antique and collectible objects, prints and paintings.
